Refund and Exchange Policy
In the event that any of our products purchased are faulty, please notify us withing 7 days of purchase for and exchange or refunds.
Please contact our office to discuss and organise the exchange or refund.
There is Strictly no Refund or Returns after 7 days from purchase.
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchange or returns on
non-faulty items, so please choose carefully!
Please note: There is NO refunds or exchanges on SALE items or for Change of Mind. SALE IS FINAL.
Retailers & Reps: Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchange or returns on non-faulty items AFTER 3 days from purchase, so please choose carefully! Also please note, that there are no Exchange or Refunds for purchases, as a result of items not being sold or incorrect number of products purchased.
